03

Get to the takeaway.

Connect a summary server on your local network for key points and action items. Setup and a connection are required.

Optional. On your terms.

PRIVACY IS THE STARTING POINT.

Personal notes.
Keep them that way.

Your recordings, transcripts, and search stay in the app’s local database. You choose when a network feature gets involved.

Local first. Always your choice.
01

Speech becomes text, on-device.

Use downloaded transcription models to process speech on your iPhone. Download your model before you need it.

02

Your network can do the summarizing.

With a private summary server configured, your transcript goes to that server for processing. Summaries need a working connection.

03

Choose what leaves your device.

Optional cloud summaries, sync, and computer handoff can send content off-device. The app explains what each feature sends before you use it.

A few things to know.

How do I get started with on-device transcription?

In the app, open Settings → Transcription, choose FluidAudio, and download a Parakeet model before recording. You can revisit the App Guide in Settings.

Do I need a server?

Not for on-device transcription. For summaries, configure a server in Settings → Summarization. A local-network server receives your transcript and sends the summary back.

Can I use my computer too?

The desktop app supports macOS, Windows, and Linux. Optional computer pairing and handoff let you send meeting content to a paired computer.

Where can I get help?

Start with the App Guide in Settings for recording, transcription, summaries, and computer handoff. A direct support contact will be added here before launch.
